WHAT IS EMS CARDIO?
Our cardio workout consists of an interval load on an elliptical trainer. A running phase at moderate speed alternates with a shorter sprint phase. The additional continuous impulse of the EMS suit causes permanent additional activation of the muscles throughout the body. And not just the muscle groups that are needed when running.
