  1. Plank: The plank is a classic exercise that strengthens your entire core. Get into a push-up position, resting on your forearms and keeping your body in a straight line. Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute and repeat it several times a day.

  2. Crunches: Lie on your back, bend your knees, and place your hands behind your head. Slowly lift your upper body and bring your shoulders towards your knees. Do three sets of 15-20 repetitions each.

  3. Leg Raises: Lie on your back, extend your legs upward, and slowly raise them. Lower your legs in a controlled manner without touching the floor. Do three sets of 10-15 repetitions each.

  4. Russian Twist: Sit on the floor, slightly bend your knees, and lean back slightly. Keep your hands together in front of your chest and twist your upper body from side to side. Do three sets of 10-12 repetitions per side.

  5. Mountain Climbers: Get into a push-up position and alternately bring your knees towards your chest as if you were climbing a mountain. Do three sets of 20-30 repetitions each.

  6. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back and alternately perform a crunching motion while bringing one leg in and extending the other. Do three sets of 12-15 repetitions per side.

  7. Forearm Plank with Side Rotation: Get into a forearm plank position and rotate your body sideways by extending one arm upward. Hold the position for a few seconds, then switch sides. Do three sets of 10-12 repetitions per side.

  8. Stair Climbing: Take every opportunity to climb stairs. This is an excellent exercise to strengthen your abdominal muscles and burn extra calories.
