WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?

In functional training, the focus is particularly on a selection of exercises that are relevant to everyday life. These usually contain complex movement sequences in which several different joints and muscle groups are involved. Our gym equipment lacks nothing to fill training sessions completely with functional training methods.
