What is EMS Training?

The impulse from the EMS device can activate up to 92% of muscle fibers, significantly more than our brain can. In just short training sessions, all major muscle groups are activated, leading to an efficient full-body workout in just 20 minutes. With minimal time investment, EMS training enables maximum results and is ideal for those seeking time-efficient and effective fitness solutions.

How does an EMS training session work?

For an effective EMS training session, the right workout attire is essential. With us, you have the option to purchase or rent specialized training clothing, including laundry service. This clothing ensures that the EMS impulse reaches you with the required intensity.

You can train with us wearing sports shoes, socks, or even barefoot.

Our full-body EMS suit is moistened before training to ensure optimal contact. This suit feels similar to skydiving gear or wearing a wetsuit. We create a personalized user profile for you and adjust all muscle areas accordingly. This allows you to target specific areas such as abs, legs, glutes, or upper body. It's also possible to selectively deactivate certain muscle groups, such as during breastfeeding for women.

With our state-of-the-art EMS equipment, we offer three EMS variations: EMS Strength, EMS HIIT, and EMS Cardio.
