How does an EMS trial training work?

Once you book your appointment, you can look forward to a unique EMS experience at HIT BLN. All you need are sports shoes – or you can also train barefoot or in socks. We provide towels free of charge. Make sure to drink enough water and eat a light meal beforehand to be optimally prepared. After your training, private showers are available for you.

Anamnesis & Mini-Check Up

Before starting, we take 30 minutes to discuss your health status, any previous injuries, and your training goals. Using our professional impedance scale, we measure muscle mass, body fat and other values. This ensures that your training is perfectly tailored to you.

Your EMS Training

After the anamnesis, you will receive your special EMS clothing. The wireless EMS suits are then applied and moistened before we set up your individual training profile. This way, every muscle group is specifically activated. Your 20-minute trial training takes place 1:1 with a personal trainer who guides you with exercises tailored precisely to your goals.

Final Consultation & Feedback

After your session, we take the time for a detailed consultation. Together we reflect on your experience, answer any questions, and provide you with personal feedback. In addition, we discuss possible next steps so you can achieve your goals – whether weight loss, muscle building or improved fitness – in a sustainable way.
