What is EMS Training?

EMS (Electromyostimulation) training is an effective fitness method in which electrical impulses selectively stimulate muscles to intensify their contractions. In short training sessions, all major muscle groups are activated, leading to an efficient full-body workout. EMS training allows for maximum results with minimal time investment and is ideal for those seeking time-efficient and effective fitness solutions.

How does an EMS trial session proceed?

After scheduling your trial session, an exceptional EMS experience awaits you. All you need for your training is your athletic shoes, although you also have the option to train barefoot or with socks. We provide towels for your convenience. Prior to your first session, we recommend drinking plenty of water and having a light meal to ensure you benefit optimally from your training. Following the intensive workout, private showers are available for you to feel refreshed and revitalized. We look forward to welcoming you to your EMS trial session!

Anamnesis

Before the start of your EMS trial session, we dedicate approximately 30 minutes to a thorough anamnesis. Together, we discuss your health condition, potential injuries, and your individual fitness goals. This comprehensive analysis allows us to tailor the training optimally to your needs

Post-Session Discussion

After the EMS trial session, we take the time for a comprehensive post-session discussion with you. Here, we collectively reflect on your experiences, address any questions you may have, and provide individual feedback on your training. We are available to assist in planning further steps, discussing membership options, or providing additional information. Our goal is to ensure that you feel well-supported and gain a clear understanding of the benefits of EMS training.

Training

Following the anamnesis, you will be provided with specialized EMS training attire, and our wireless EMS suits are moistened before the training to ensure optimal conductivity. After the preparation, we create an individual training profile on our EMS device, targeting each muscle group specifically. The actual trial session takes place in an exclusive 1:1 ratio, meaning a trainer personally guides you throughout the entire 20-minute training session. During this time, you will systematically stimulate muscles, leading to intense contractions and effective activation. The exercises are precisely tailored to your fitness goals.
